Hi Goldwinger - we are all different, I favored a midsize bike for me. I didn't like the colors after a while, I went with a more yellow/green version of same bird next - still heavy texture though...

These are very nice, piet. A few years ago I was surprised and delighted to see and shoot a green heron on
the small pond here at Byron Center Manor, a retirement community. Unfortunately lost it when my computer crashed.

hi Annie, I am sorry you lost that shot. Mostly I find those birds to be fairly skittish (not a skittish as a kingfisher perhaps), but after a major storm there were a couple that hung around for a little while. I was very lucky to be able to approach his/her perch and got lots of shots.
