That's a preference thing, but why, when you're only downloading one, do you shoot in both? Just shoot one and be happy!

I have 2 cards in my camera also , I only shoot raw , I use my second card as an overflow.

Ditto for me. RAW is what I shoot exclusively. When I need an image I usually am exporting a JPEG.
