Beaut set Frankie...some nice gear there...I played the drums for about 40 years until my spine got too bad...
One question if I might, most guitarists seem to prefer the Telecaster over the Stratocaster, is there a particular reason for this..
Cheers, Ron.

Is there a reason..... Good question that I don't have a direct answer for. I personally favor my tele over all others including my Strat. It just feels right and the tone just fits my playing style. Both my Tele and my Strat are American made (out of Corona CA). I have owned some Mex fenders and one made in Indonesia. The made in USA models hold a serious edge over the others. That said, Mexico makes some beautiful instruments. My biggest problems was with the neck radius. The Mex guitars pretty much all used the 7.5 inch radius. which for me did not allow me to set the action the way I like it. There are some hardware and pickup differences but those can be easily addressed/changed. Recently it seems Corona is allowing Mexico to build some necks with flatter radius (I personally prefer 9.5 inch neck radius) and the maple neck, so I am looking at a Mex Tele (deluxe) with 3 pup instead of the normal 2 with some tonal shifts that are kind of interesting. Don't really need it but prolly will be added to my collection pretty soon. I am 75 and have some of those same issues you had with Drums..... So I play a lot while sitting in my recliner :) anyways, just ROCK ON. thanks for having a look. Prolly more information than you wanted to know. Guitars or cameras, I am a cornucopia of useless information :)

Nope, no Taylor. I don't play much acoustic. I do have an acoustic preference for Ovation. Have played a couple of Martin's and certainly have looked long at some Taylor's.... Just not for me. Thanks for checking out my photos and taking the time to comment. Enjoy the day :)

Beautifull shots of some gorgeous classics.
For me the Telecaster is the undisputed king of “Form follows Function”.
