"On February 28, Donald Trump stood before a crowd of supporters in South Carolina and told them to pay no attention to the growing warnings of a coronavirus outbreak in America.

The press was “in hysteria mode,” the president said. The Democrats were playing politics. This new virus was nothing compared with the seasonal flu—and anyone who said otherwise was just trying to hurt him. “This is their new hoax,” Trump proclaimed, squinting out from behind a podium adorned with the presidential seal.

Six weeks later, the coronavirus has killed more than 25,000 Americans, the U.S. economy has been crippled—and Trump is recasting himself as a pandemic prophet.

At Monday’s White House briefing, the president responded to questions about his handling of the crisis by dimming the lights and playing an Orwellian campaign-style video: “THE MEDIA MINIMIZED THE RISK FROM THE START,” the onscreen text read, “WHILE THE PRESIDENT TOOK DECISIVE ACTION.” "

What is wrong with those that, even now, cannot admit that this man is a fraud?
He has been a fraud and a thug all his life, and now whole the country suffers for their lack of perception.

I just don't get it, IF the person I voted in for president turned out to be a moron I sure as hell

would not defend him. I would admit that I made a mistake and do what I could to get him out of the

white house. Why do they keep on defending him?

Sure you would. You’re a parrot.

Trump bungled this - an understatement - but the media certainly was in hysteria mode.

“Frankie” spare us your crocodile tears for the dead.

Your hatred of Trump stops you from seeing reality. You anti-trumpernutters drink your own kool aid.

Yes, I hate trump and quite frankly you should too.
How do you support a miscreant, a liar, and a thief and then look in the mirror, and tell yourself you're a good person?

I have never supported him anymore than the stupidity you are so proud of in the democrat party.

This blinkered thinking on your part is what makes you unable to see the whole pucture.

It would seem that China and the WHO were feeding misinformation to our health officials, but don't let the facts get in your way.

"During a Feb. 29, 2020, interview, Dr. Fauci said that at that time and under the circumstances pertaining to that date, Americans didn't need to change their behavior patterns."

"Fauci later clarified that in the April 12 interview, he was responding to a “hypothetical” question about the administration’s response but noted that his wording choice was “poor” and that administration officials had in fact heeded his early recommendations about social distancing guidelines."

Fauci also noted that his comments in a CNN interview were interpreted by some to mean that the Trump administration gave medical experts “push back” that cost lives at the beginning of the outbreak. He acknowledged that his answer was not worded well and largely misconstrued.

Demonics don't care about the destruction they cause this country, they only care about control and power over others.
