It is like we are in some kind of SciFi movie? And I really like the "Brits" (I hope that term is okay?)! "British people would probably be better."

Certainly okay. We enjoy visiting Florida for a month every year, meeting the people and enjoying the sunshine.
Yes it seems very strange, we live in a small country village surrounded by fields and donβt see many people at any time. I feed five hedgehogs every night in the garden, but the other day a small one appeared in the afternoon, very underweight and poorly. I had to take it to see a wildlife vet approximately 10 miles away, allowed to go as it was an emergency. Hedgehogs are protected in the UK. To get to the point, there was next to no traffic there and back, it felt quite odd, as you say like a movie scene!

That's a pretty cool shot. What I find pretty amazing is the lighting really reveals how much of the wings are feathers, and how much by comparison is the actual tissue/bone portion of the wing. Just kind of revealing to me. Almost like an X-ray. No wonder these guys are so light and can actually fly.
Light through the feathers, beautiful!
Perfect capture on bright day.
