I believe he has been arrested many times for his work, but it has not stopped him. It also seems that he only gets arrested after the photo is taken... and the cops have had their peek!

The "public" does not know that public nudity is not against the Law.

For that matter, the old public indecency laws have been challenged. Many have been thrown out. And many more have been amended.

For the record. the only time, in the USA, a law can be rescinded is when it is challenged by someone who has been charged and prosecuted in court.

Also, one cannot be arrested prior to the commission of a crime. Nitpick-y, I agree, but that's the USA.

I have seen these before. I can't help but be reminded, at least on some of these images, of the ghastly images of holocaust victims from WWII. Maybe that's what he's trying to invoke???.
