We have had two pandemics in the 21st century......as one can see the reaction to corona has been much quicker than that to N1H1.

I believe Obama waited till there were 6,000 deaths from H1N1 (Swine Flu) before declaring a national emergency on October 23, 2009.
Can you imagine anyone so woefully prepared to lead the country than that? Other than maybe Biden or Bernie.
