Venus Visits The Pleiades Plus A Mystery Guest

I shot this with a Canon Rebel T6 with 18-55mm kit lens at 55mm, f/6.3, 1 second, 6400 ISO.

My subject was Venus & The Pleiades, but if you look straight up almost to the top of the photo, you will see a fuzzy object. If you zoom in the object gets bigger and bigger. Looks like it might be a galaxy or something.

My Stellarium was misbehaving, which prevented me from IDing the object. Can anyone tell me what that is?

Can't be absolutely sure but it appears to be a spiral galaxy.

Nothing shown (or that bright) at the location in Starry Night Pro, per image

From the image it appears to be bright enough that you could see it with the naked eye. I brought up the Sky-X and there is no known object at this location (particularly something that bright). So some possibilities are that it was helicopter, a slow moving plane, an internal lens reflection from Venus, or maybe a UFO since it is after all unidentified.
