I was wondering if anyone has used this software program for remove objects or cutting out backgrounds. If so have you compared to to PS, and does it really work as well as the ad claims, and would you use it over PS.

I use it all the time. As good as PS on some thing but sometimes I have to use both. For the price I wouldn't want to do without it.

I had an older version that would shut down on me mid photo but they came out with version 9 and resolved that problem. I just received a notice that version 10 is being released and I watched a video demo of it and it is extremely impressive. I like it and use it for that one photo I need right away type use.

I just installed their Inpixio Photo Studio 10 last night. Quite honestly I can't see much if any improvement over Version 9 Impixio Photo Clip that I use regularly and it works fine for me. I am going to call them back today and unless they can convince me I'm missing something I'll be asking for my money to be returned and keep using ver. 9. Sometimes companies to generate extra revenue without much effort make some minor changes to a program, repackage it and sell it as an update. I'm not saying that's what Impixio did but it sure looks like it to me.

I believe it is spelled inPixio. I have version 8 on an older desktop (can't seem to transfer over to new laptop and they want moola for each computer). I did not pay much for version 8 and I do use it's presets now and then. The free version they are now offering has different presets most of which are disabled. IMHO Not worth $60. Your mileage may vary.
