I was getting a little stir crazy so I went out back to see if anything was happening. There were several Nettles blooming. I decided that I wanted to do a Macro using focus stack. The five individual images are hand held and focused with the focus ring in the lens.
I used a trial version of Zerene Stacker to create the stack.

Thanks Bob. It was an experiment. I wanted to see what technique or software was best for hand-held close-ups. I just ordered a Table-Top Studio so I will be expanding the experiment using static subjects and a focus rail.
