I’ve searched for answers here and online. Canon support says there is no EOS Utilities for Catalina.
My requirement is to use EOS camera w OBS Studio for streaming.

Your use-case is to use EOS cameras cameras as TV cameras?
Have you discussed this use case with the makers of OBS Studio?

Have you tried using the latest version?
Did Canon say that the current software will not work or that there isn't a specific product for Catalina?

EOSU 3.12.1 specifically says
“ Changes for EOS Utility 3.12.1 for macOS :
- Supports EOS-1D X Mark III.

Hi Paul. If you can that is, go back to Mojave or even High Sierra to recover the abilities to use EOS Utlities. This supposes your Mac is not brand spanking new but an older model in which you've upgraded the OS. If it is newer and its original OS is Catalina then thats it you'll have to wait for Canon releasing an upgraded version of the utilities.
