The player didn't get a card but a penalty kick was awarded but no goal was scored, it would have broken the tie and the white team would have won.

If you use the "quote reply" it is more clear who you are responding to. In this case it's clear you are talking to me.

Thanks for the reminder...I usually do use "quote reply" but I forgot this time.

I refereed but didn't play. When our kids started playing they needed referees and I volunteered.I got as far as division I college matches but without playing the game I didn't really have a feel for it so I quit.
