That is a nice picture. I would only guess its a female, perhaps that twin-flag jumper you get (can't remember the name exactly). It is probably one of your common species.

Mark may be thinking Phidippus species??
I believe it may be a female Menumerus bivittatus.
It also resembles a female Phidippus clarus.
Juvenile spiders present a problem.
Some change with every molt.
Orb- weavers in the genus Araneus being a good example.
The Orange on the head pretty much excludes it being a twin flag for me, although very similar in appearance I think that the twin flags are a bit bald at this stage of their development and I have never seen one with orange. Below is a Twin Flag early in its development.
I do not know what type it is other than being the adorable type.
