I swear it has been weeks since I have gotten anything approaching a good shot - today I was lucky and my Harrier friend flew by. Not a Great shot, but I have done worse (particularly lately). When I was processing it, I added a texture for the background that was kind of blah, but when I used divide for the blend mode, it got a frosted glass kind of feel so I thought I'd share the results.

Well concocted Piet. Like the hawk, love the background, is it home made?

Love it! I think PS has several blend modes that are not available in PS Elements, and "divide" must be one of them. I have "difference" but I don't know if they're close

I don't understand difference either.. For me, I Never know what to expect, so I usually change the blend mode from normal and then keep hitting the down arrow, so that I can see all the effects available.
