Tough choice!
I think #2.
#1 gets my vote Cindy, no questions asked, it is a stunning photograph and he is looking at you straight in the eye, uh, lens. Best of luck for that Blue Ribbon.

I am trying to pick a photo to enter into our local sporting goods store's contest...here is the link with the current photo's entered
http://www.snappysphotocontest.com/ take a peak at the current shots and please help me decide which shot to enter that would give me the best opportunity to win! I am really having a hard time picking on...lol
#1 but consider cloning out the weed to the right of the sheep.
OH my goodness.....thanks everyone for commenting and giving me suggestions on how to improve a few of the shots. I cloned out the branch on #1 for the Ram and and changed the exposure on #2 to make it a little darker. I will enter #1 in the contest but not till next time....one of our UHH members "tommystrat" already has a photo entered so I will be voting on his this month - I can always enter the contest next time...they do the contest quite a bit and the winner is by popular vote, once voting opens, you can vote every day....gotta help out Tom since he already has one entered!
I will let everyone know the outcome as soon as I enter one.
Personally I like either of the Moose shots. The one is St. Mary's Lake has some awesome light on him and the other one is a bit different than what a lot might choose as it is more of an environmental shot. I think that might do well in a outdoorsy contest where hunters and outdoor enthusiasts will view it.
#1 or #4. Both are great. (Not that the others are not great, just that if I were judging, I would lean more toward 1 and 4.)
Looks like it's no 1. No one mentioned #4, a great shot of a bull moose. You don't want to get too close to those guys.
LESTAHL, several folks, including myself, mentioned #4.
The first one is the best.
That's why I'm not a judge. David in Dallas, I didn't see your post.
