There is effort to save it from the wrecking ball underway. Built around 1850 and recently served as the Amtrak station until a few years ago. It has sat dormant except for rail storage.
Once visited by Abraham Lincoln a few day before the election and again by Harry Truman during his campaign.

Wow!! What a great dynamic range that shot has. You did a fantastic job holding the highlights and bringing up the shadows. The details of the Christmas tree way back in the background are amazing.

Yup. Ours in Springfield, OR was built in the 1890’s and has been restored and a small city park around it was added. Great civic project a few years ago.
