The X-T4 now has a 600 shot battery and in body stabilization, correcting the 2 most often mentioned deficiencies. It is now perhaps the sweetest crop format camera of the crowd!

The XT-4 was officially announced on 2/26. I got mine ordered the previous afternoon on the 25th.

Way to go, Joe! It also is supposed to have faster autofocus. Let us know how you rate it when you get it!

600 shot battery and IBIS?
Wow! I’ll check the reviews.

Everything I have read about it indicates it is the leader of APS-C. It has to have all the Fuji owners drooling. And checking their checkbooks and budgets to see if they can fit it in.

The word on the "European Fuji Street" is that this is, once again, "a cracking good" (UK expression !) all round camera, maintaining the reputation of the X-T line, with significant improvements, perhaps more for the X-T2 community (that's me !) than the X-T3 owners. But that's an individual decision.

Erm ..... anyone interested in a SUPERB quality X-T2 ? I need only one camera.

For you Americans still suffering with your paranoid "anti-China" thing - you're all gettin' annoying to the world outside your country - build quality is the same wherever they're made. Time for you all to watch, listen, learn, understand the manufacturing needs of "global" companies, accept how it is now, and grow up !

What I have not seen is any mention of an add-on battery grip (like I have for my X-T2 and X-T3); this makes for better ergonomics in some situations as well as (at least for those models) a higher frame rate possible.

Has anyone seen mention of this?

Oh, and of course it does not matter if it is made in China versus Japan - QC is managed by the company putting their name on the product. But old prejudices die hard, I guess.

I always like to see you weigh in on these conversations, Craggy ~ and it appears that you're going to sign up for X-T4 ownership. I hope you'll keep us apprised of how the love-affair progresses.

I should have waited 3 more months. I just got my X-T3 in December when there was a good sale. DPReview says the X-T4 is not replacing the X-T3. They're going to sell both simultaneously. Interesting.
