If you were offended, I apologize. My point is, you and I, or for that matter average Americans are NOT the planners. We are not City department leaders, government leaders, etc. Plans are in place for this type of thing. It is like earth quake planning, the government has a plan in place, not individual citizens, beyond earth quake preparedness that can happen from loss of power, the need for food, etc.
I am not offended at all. But you raise my very point. Since these things in theory Have been planned for, I am wondering what those plans are. And while perhaps we don't even know what those plans are, certainly we should have input and thoughts regarding what those plans Should be?
But your answer of "Americans are NOT the planners", surprises me. Is America already a country where Americans are not to have input? Are we already but worms in a dictatorship?
Also, I question the wisdom of not releasing the "plan". Would we not be better off knowing what the "plan" was so that we could Plan for the plan?
Three months will tell us all if this is going to blow by, or if this is going to blow through.
The attic is a place of politics... And some very smart people are here. So let's turn the question into a political question. What should the Vaccine cost?
