I haven't posted for a while. I usually post pictures of birds taken from my kayak. I have posted a few of my woodworking projects in the past and here is my latest. A model of our new camper and truck. Made from walnut, cherry and oak to obtain the different colors. The complete outfit is 37 inches long and 8 inches wide. I hinged the top so that the inside could be seen.
As one who's done woodworking, I can appreciate your attention to detail. This is fabulous!
That is truly great craftsmanship and your photos are great. I am building a semi truck to serve as a repository for my brother's ashes. He was a truck driver after being a cabinet maker. I've made the boards from old juniper fence posts. In comparing my project to yours I've begun to feel like a previous commentor, I can't cut a straight line with a table saw. It's been a labor of love and you've demonstrated the higher standard, thanks so much.
Fantastic job! Great detail and the final finish really tops off a great job! I love 'wood working', but you put my work to shame....

Wow!! Beautiful work! Wonderful talent!
Beautifully done. Love the detail and finish. It reminds me of intarsia wood art. I'm not a betting guy but I think you may do intarsia wood art also.
Fantastic pictures and better woodworking. Great detail and bet that finish was hard to get on the wood. Son works at Forest River, alright if I send him a pic of this?
I enjoy woodworking as well and know the effort and time you put into that project.
