Danger: The SX50 is better than it is allowd to be with such a small sensor... I have one and love it. This camera is one to make the DSLR owners feel bad [or badly].

I fully agree. I wouldn't part with mine, even though I own a Nikon D850 and a few quality Nikon lenses for it.
