We had it last night...pepperoni and pineapple pizza...excellent!! Oh, and I'm Norwegian and my wife is Irish/English/German...what do we know!!

Every once in a while my wife and I will get a Hawaiian pizza. Delicious!! Not my favorite but a tasty substitute none the less.

Interesting that so many people think they should decide what other people should eat, or tell people who sell pizzas that they shouldn't make pizzas people want to buy.
