Subscribe but I feel I am paying too much. I need it but not often. I can go for months without using it so I pay for the months I don't use.

No subscription. I'm still using PSE 10 and after downloading a trial version of PSE 20, I found that I much preferred my older version.

I subscribe and will go step further. Almost all my edits can be done in ACR (Adobe Camera Raw) before entering the Photoshop module. It may be the most useful $10 (plus tax now) I spend each month.
