Gray market cameras are said to be bought from other countries where prices are less expensive. I am wondering in which countries do camera prices are less than that in the USA?

Grey market products are products that are imported by a company other than the authorized importer for that country. Canon USA is the authorized importer of Canon products in the USA. Canon USA also supplies the local warranty for products imported by Canon USA, at an additional cost. If a company in the USA purchased Canon products from a company in Hong Kong, or even Japan, there is no fee paid to Canon USA making these grey market items. Canon's factory warranty will be honored in the country the products were imported from but the warranty will not be honored in the USA because Canon USA'S fee was not paid.
The cost of the product isn't necessarily less expensive, there's just no local warranty fee.

So may I ask how much for example a Nikon D850 is in Singapore?

But how to reduce the cost? I have been to Hong Kong and Japan and the prices there aren't any less expensive than in the USA. Among Nikon DSLR's I found that in Japan only the D5 and Df are less expensive.

Grey market goods can come from China, Singapore, Thailand...anywhere there is a factory. Their goods can be great bargains....or terrible rip offs. Buy grey, and save money...but you may not get a battery, or charger, or power cord, or such...and then you may have to pay extra to buy such items. The item you buy may be defective from day one, or last for years before needing repairs. When it needs repair, you will have to pay shipping to send it back to China, or wherever, and then pay shipping, and probably import duty, to get it back after the repairs. You may also have to pay for the repairs. Such costs add up, and may be more than what you saved by going grey. If the savings grey offers are high enough, and you feel lucky, go for it. You may get a great item which lasts for many years, and performs well all that time. Then again, your luck may be bad, and you may get a real lemon constantly in need of repairs, and so lose a wad of cash. Only you can say if the risk seems worth taking to you.

There is a difference between a "grey market" product purchased from a reliable legitimate retailer and a product, no matter what the provenance, purchased from an unethical retailer.

Brazil. Yet it continues to be expensive for us, mere
consumers.
It reads in the tag "Made in Brazil" (Zona Franca de Manaus,
try Wikipedia), but as a a matter of fact, they are ASSEMBLED
here from imported parts.

You will find a lot of info, discussion, and debate about grey market by doing a search on this site. There is no shortage of opinions and experiences. I am not sure, however, if I have seen anyone report buying Grey Market that got a bad camera, or even one that needed repair. I have bought two Grey Market cameras, one Canon and the other Nikon, and in both cases got the full in-box-accessories I would have gotten if purchased at full price. Nothing left out or missing. My savings, in both cases, was approx. 27% off the Amazon, B & H, and Adorama prices for a non-grey market purchase. And yes, you can often purchase Grey Market through any of those big three.

But, you do give up the Manufacturer's 1 year new camera warranty. Any repairs needed are at your own cost.

Perhaps you know but not allowed to say it. Where do you get the gray market products to resell?

There is no difference between Gray Market and USA market cameras. They are undistinguishable on the manufacturing assembly line. This is a marketing strategy to maximize profits for the companies. Its a game they all participate in knowingly.

Much fear mongering is put out to confuse the public.

They make their minds up. Not interested in any distractions.
