I went to an estate sale and got three working Nikon SB900 flashes and several other things for $150.00
good for you, those opportunities don't come around every day.

Now the question is, what are you going to do with them?

That should be enough to light up your life.

So now is the time to start experimenting with off-camera flash.
Have fun.

Congratulations on seeing the light!! Enjoy.
You will be entering into a new phase of photography?? Good luck with your new flashlites! I like flashlights but not the stroboscopic or high speed sync (hss) mode as I don't have much use for that mode; so far I'm just improving my photos in very poor light, eliminating shadows, etc.. Now you will have to buy Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) batteries and a good charger.
That's good news, bad news. Good news for you. The bad news is that another serious photographer has bit the dust.
Very nice. I have an SB900 and love it.
