Ladybug Nymph

This is my preserved Ladybug Nymph. It's about 1/4-inch in overall size, quite fragile and difficult to mount.

About this session:

Camera = Fujifilm X-T20
Lenses = Reverse mounted 28mm enlarger lens mounted on 30mm extension tube mounted on 2X teleconverter mounted on 15mm of extensions and adapters.
Camera Settings = Manual with electronic shutter. ISO set at 200. Shutter speed 1/10 second.
Diffusion = Subject placed inside an upside down translucent drink cup with a mouse-hole for the camera.
Background = Colored paper placed on the inside back of the drink cup.
Illumination = Two LED desk lamps and two fiber optic lamp heads.
Number of shots in stack = 352
Distance of camera travel = 3.2mm
Distance per shot taken = 10-micron
Image stack processing = Zerene Stacker using PMax method only
