Neighbor was sitting in his loft at his computer. High winds caused a huge tree to fall on the roof. A limb punctured the roof and just missed his head.

Glad your neighbor is okay, but I will say when you have trees that close to your house you should be more aware of the condition of the tress, I see a lot of dead wood in that tree, meaning it is in bad shape and should have been removed a good while ago.
I have three that will taken out this winter, I hate to lose the little shade they give, but rather lose the shade than the roof or have someone hurt.

I’ve never understood that sentiment - I want my luck to cause the tree to miss my house. But, of course, he has my sympathy.
