Wow! A battery dropped in a glass of vinegar will turn the glass into plastic!
I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it on the internet!

There should be a warning on all bottles on vinegar not to use it to wash windows during cold weather. Static electricity will cause the window to turn plastic and melt! :-)

I think a lot of those battery magic tricks started up about when rare earth magnets showed up on eBay.

I always liked getting 32 AA cells out of a Lantern Battery!

I know the bouncing battery is true. A chemical reaction when it's dead makes it bounceable.

The cells inside a 9 volt battery are actually quadruple A's (AAAA.) I have some flashlights that take 'em. Generally NOT found at gas stations, but Amazon has 'em.
