I have a Nikon D7200 and went on a photography shoot this morning. I just downloaded the images on my computer and only 6 appeared. I must have taken 75 shots. I checked the overflow memory card and nothing was there. Any opinions/ suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Are they visible using the camera to review with the card in the camera? If so then they are on the card.

What type of computer what software did you use to download?

They were visible when I was shooting them as I did periodic checks.I have a new Dell Laptop and downloaded them into Photoshop Elements.

Did you review the photos in the camera to see if they are there. Did you format the SD card in the camera before your shoot. Did you have 2 SD cards in the camera, or one. Do you use reputable Branded SD cards?

Stick the sd card in the slot it the computer and try opening them from the card.

Were you shooting NEF, JPG, or both?

I use Sand Disc. The images aren't on the SD cards.I did have 2 San Disc cards in the camera and they didn't show up on either card.

So you put the cards back in the camera and they are no longer visible using the camera. Correct?

Did you push the button all the way down on your camera or just half way?

People could be more helpful if you would actually answer their questions instead of parroting what you already said. Is it possible you didn’t see the others because they’re in a different folder on the card?

I'm not sure what you mean by being in a different folder.

Put the cards in the camera. Go to the playback menu / playback folder and select ALL. Sometimes a camera creates a second folder if the card was ever used in another camera.
