Did Clinton start a war with Iraq? Also, the house impeachment has already ended its process, not so much with Clinton. But I really have no opinion as to Clinton’s motive for the air strike, maybe just bad timing.

No, he was one of many Presidents that interfered with Iraq.
The house hasn't ended its impeachment process; it's in the middle of it (still needs to deliver the articles to the Senate, name the managers, participate in a "mock" trial, and so on).

You are also wrong in saying The House, it wasn't the House that impeached Trump,it was the Democrats that impeached Trump....not a single Republican voted yes for impeachment.
