Missing the point John - it is not appropriate in ANY section because he did not have the right (consent) to post it. There seems to be a trend developing of misappropriation of photos, which may be overlooked on other sites but borders on sacrilege on UHH. One of the best posters in this section has resorted to posting thumbnails due to "stealing" of his photos here. So although this photo was fun or whatever, and maybe not a serious offense, if they go unchallenged soon that is all the site will have.

I fully get the point you are making and I agree with you.
Photographers are people, and people enjoy sharing humour. I believe this photo was posted innocently in the spirit of sharing humour, not with the intent of stealing or implying ownership. Without getting into a long discussion of what UHH is and is not about, this situation almost begs the question of whether the Chit-Chat Section needs a subsection for risqué humour, as that is where I think this photo would have been posted had such a section existed.
Ultimately it is up to Admin to manage the focus and content of the various UHH sections. But I also think it is up the members to express their views on how the sections are being managed.
That said, I have no objection to the posting of this image with the caveat that the poster makes clear, as he now has, that it was not his image. But I think it could have used a better "home" than the Nude Section where the primary focus should be photographers sharing THEIR work.
I also do not want UHH to become a site simply for posting interesting photos; that is already the domain of Google Images.
