We're doing something we swore we wouldn't do when we moved to Phoenix. The 2 bedroom apartment we rented is simply too small so, we're buying a house. Found out this afternoon we can close next Tuesday instead of waiting until next Friday. We found a very well maintained 2 bedroom 2 bath house in a 55+ community about half way between our daughter's house & the Batteries Plus I'm working at. The photo is from realtor.com. We had a phone call from our realtor this afternoon that our loan was approved & we could close next Tuesday instead of waiting until next Friday. Looking forward to having room to put things away.
Congrats, with all that extra room you should probably buy some more gear.

Congratulations on your new home! Looks very nice. It also looks like you won't have to worry about cutting grass.

No grass cutting. Just have to keep the rocks out of the street.

Looks nice. Good luck and good health.
Congrats.
Our son lives in Peoria.
You're almost neighbors.
Congratulations on your new house. I love the setting.
That looks sweet Nick... I'd be planting an orange tree where that bush is.
WOW!! - looks an excellent property - congratulations to you both and best wishes in your new home.
Congrats - you'll be home for Christmas!
Enjoy,
Don
Congrats! But you will find that your "put things away " space will quickly fill itself.
Best wishes! My house is both too big and too small. It's too big to maintain and clean, but it's too small for storage and living. : (
Lovely home, fantastic landscaping and low maintenance. It looks like a lovely community. I was in Phoenix a few years back during the summer and it gave a real meaning to "You could fry an egg on the sidewalk".
Nice!! you must have forgotten about the Honey do list :)
