Short answer - “no”. The real photos in the article are interesting, but the exposed plates say nothing to me.

I vote “Yes”. Radiographs are just another word for x-rays. I believe that most photographic scientists would classify x-rays as photographs.
The plates used are “photographic plates”.
Photographs are defined as images made from light. I believe, although x-rays are not visible to our eyes, they are considered a form of light, which would make them photographs.
