Autumn in California

In this part of California, the only leaves that turn red in the fall are non-native imports and poison oak. Oh, and blackberries, which may not be native either (I don't know one way or the other). Instead, autumn tend to look like this picture. We stopped by the side of Tomales Bay to take pictures of reflections in the water, and this was what the other side of the road looked like. I didn't care for any of the reflection pictures I took, but I'm fond of this one. Even so, I'm looking for some good feedback on it. Thanks in advance.

Must be downloaded! (color space?) What gives this photo impact for me are the great details of the delicate branches completely filling the frame, except for the nice "base" area. I also like that the only trunk with a pronounced curve is the one where the leaves remain, and that the light is even throughout. Very, very eye-catching!
