Good morning, all...
Several years back, I was a guest speaker at a conference at U.C. Berkley. While there, the host university did several nice things for us, including a cruise in the bay, starting in Oakland, then going past San Francisco and under the Golden Gate Bridge. A really enjoyable evening. I am quite proud of this shot because it was made on the ship while we were moving along. The shot was hand-held and at a very, very slow shutter speed- 1/3 of a second, If my memory serves me correctly. Not only was it slow, but had to be panned as well to keep the buildings sharp. I shot about 8-10 frames of this, thinking that it most likely would not be an image that I could be proud of. ALL of the images, with the exception of this one, were blurred. As you can imagine, I was pretty happy about this. Nothing ventured, nothing gained! :-)

WOW!! You have every reason to be proud of this. Since you said "several frames" I conclude this was done on film. I wish you had selected (save original) so we could see better than the thumbnail rendition

Shot digitally years ago. If I recall, a Nikon D100. I have been a photographer for nearly 40 years, so "frame" also equates to "shot" for me. :-) BTW, I shot for the Tampa Tribune many years ago. Also, in regard to the "save original", this is what I do for a living, and I have found that people will use the work without regard for copyright or paying for the use, so I don't do this. Very sorry, but happens frequently. Just because it is on the internet, I can't tell you how many times people, who really have no idea about copyright, cite "fair use". It is not and violates copyright.
