Does anyone know if and when Costco will sell Photoshop Elements 2020? I thought about this time of year they offered the new version for a slightly discounted price. I haven't been able to find it there.

Besides Costco, keep an eye on other stores: Black Friday is coming up and often the newest PSE is sold at 40 or 50% discount at that time.

Costco has not sold Elements for at least 2 years now. Costco was the best bargain for Elements. They used to have it on sale starting sometime in mid to late November.

These deals weren't here a couple of days ago. So go for it. Amazon or B&H. If you get a B&H Synchrony credit card you save the tax if you pay in full before the bill is due. If you use your Amazon CC (which is also from Synchrony) they will pay back 5% of your purchase.

For anyone / everyone, if you already own PSE, why would you buy a new version? From the Adobe site for the past 3- or 4-versions, you kind find a chart of the minor function changes. Are any of them worth another $80-$100 for what you already own and use?
