If I've learned one thing from your photography, Graham, it's to look deeper. It's not the equipment, this would look good on an Instamatic, I would have walked past this and not seen seen the possibilities.
I'm looking forward to my next trip to Cromer and the North Norfolk Coast with renewed vigour, I don't imagine the relatives how I could spend all day trying to learn this lesson.
By the way, Sunsets from the pier at Cromer are often spectacular. If you see a lonely looking soul with a bush hat - it could be me looking for something I didn't previously see!
Excellent shot.
Graham, it's wonderful to see you posting again and doing the same insightful and great work.

Thanks Bob. There is no new stuff just yet but the time is getting closer.
Graham
I would not have sen this.
But, thanks to you and a few others, I am beginning to be more aware of what’s around me as I carry my camera.
Grahm, that is a lovely photo. I like the backlighted chairs with the rainbow cloth. Nice concept.

It is pretty, but I don't see a concept. I'd like to hear what you see as a concept.
Graham, how cool to read that from viewing your photography, others are inspired to see possibilities they might not have previously considered. That is a great gift!
I find this image to be whimsical and charming. The concept of shooting into the sun for backlighting and silhouettes has always attracted me. You can receive curious looks and unsolicited advice sometimes, though: once at my local arboretum someone suggested I wait 'til afternoon so I would have the sun behind me

it is is the silhouettes of chairs behind a windbreak against the setting sun... the end of a day on the beach, the occupiers of the chairs have gone home, all things must pass. Would you like more? Perhaps they are having some of the famous and delicious Cromer crabs for their tea.
Really nice shot, Graham. We don't look at our surroundings enough.

Graham, I am glad to see you back. You are obviously feeling up to it now.
Your silhouette chairs were well spotted. I wouldn't have noticed them.

Thank you Heather, more surgery at the end of the month, it won't keep me out of here for long and then I hope to be able to get out and about to take more pictures
I am sorry to hear that you are not out of the woods yet, but on a brighter side, you will be able to enjoy the festive season, so good luck.
