Just installed a trial version of Lightroom that I have had for some time. Now I need to learn how to use it. Do any of you know of you know of any good videos or books that would help a very new user of Lightroom find his way around?
Thanks

There are many. I'd start with Adobe's web site - many videos available for free online.
Scott Kelby is a great author and his Lightroom 3 books are fairly cheap since LR4 was released earlier this year.
And for $89, I'd upgrade to Lightroom 4.1. It is light years ahead of LR3, much more powerful, and easier to use.
there are also lots of youtube videos on LR4 which are good.
i like the Scott Kelby one.
