Brent, fantastic set and number 5 shooting the pier is great. DDLs should be used to see all the details. HIG FIVE for this set.
Greg
Each has its story. Number 1&3 are Balette Dancers, 2 is the explosive force of the ocean, 6 complex curvature and angles, and in 10 she is commanding the waves with her fingers much as a maestro conducting an orchestra. In general, I found the hands and facial expressions to be an interesting sub-portion of the sea-drama.
Summary: WOW
Great set, and expect nothing less from your surfing postings, they are always enjoyable to view.. Out of curiosity, when you go out and photo the surfers, how many photos do you average before you begin sorting and dumping?

I have been wondering for a long time. So many of your images look like you were carried over the action by a drone. Talk about "Up close and personal." How do you get such great viewpoints for these?

Yeah, shooting the pier takes guts and skill. The competitors get extra consideration from the judges.
