I may convert my other M4/3, but will let some company do it for me because after removing the 'Hot mirror'from the sensor, it must replace it with a optical clear glass to protect the sensor which is exposed in the air all the time without the reflecting mirror as a DSLR.
The general price for converting is around $250 or more.
