The election is next year. We have had people declaring they are running since the day after the last election and they have been getting wall to wall coverage since then
We need an amendment to the constitution to say that you can only declare to run in the year of the election. Please give us a break.
When the president takes the day off to play golf or go to the ball game CNN fox MSNBC etc take the day off too. They can show reruns of 50's cowboy shows.

Cable tv. Every time I travel the cable tv in the hotel has the channels numbered differently from my home. We need Washington to fix it. ESPN should be on the same channel no matter which city I am in.

Airports we need a consistent cart rental. In Phoenix it is free. Just take one and use it. In Orlando it is $5 in the machine to get one. If you only have a 20 it will give you 15 dollar coins change. If you need another cart the machine does not take dollar coins.

Using a credit card in the store. All of the machines have the buttons arranged differently. Sometimes the no is on the left and sometimes on the right. Fix this.

The gas station. The cheap gas button is sometimes on the left and sometimes on the right. Fix this also.

Traffic signals. The filter light is sometimes before the main signal and sometimes after. Depends what city you are in.

Traffic signals. The red light is at the top and green at the bottom. In some places in texas the lights are turned on their side.

These are just a few things I think the government could fix to make people's lives easier. I am sure there are others. What is your pet leave?

Regarding the gas station: all cars should have the gas tank refill post on the same side - it would prevent the chaos of finding a space at the pump at busy stations.

I believe the fill side is on the opposite side from the muffler. This may be a design decision. I have 2 cars and they are opposite of each other and I pull in on the wrong side sometimes and create chaos jockeying the car around. It's the little things that are the most annoying.

Many cars have dual exhaust.

One method that usually works is to look at the gas gauge and note the gas pump symbol has a little arrow type indicator that shows which side the fill side is on.
