Denali Bears

While in Denali, I was very surprised at the number of bears we saw. We were told they are busy eating to fatten up before hibernation. Sometimes someone with good eyes, saw them off in the distance, and sometimes they were right beside our bus--paying no attention to us at all-just eating
crossed the road in front of the bus--luckily I was in a front seat!

this one stopped right beside the bus
this one was in the ditch coming towards the bus--I am glad I was on the right side and by a window
I was surprised to see it's teeth!

Beautiful set of Grizzlies photos plessner, looks like the front seat was a good choice. #s 2 9 and 10 are my favorites

I do tend to get a little sick feeling in the middle or back seats--so always look for front!

Katherine, fantastic set and sitting by the window is great as long as it was up.
