Joe Biden tells the world over and over different versions of how he aided a poor soldier to either a) get a medal for bravery..or b) have Joe pin the medal on the guy.. or c) the poor soldier had to wait to get his medal. BUT Joe got the "essence" of the story right, so it doesn't matter if it's a lie.
Adam Schiff read his own made-up version of Trump's phone call to Ukraine. He shrugged his "version" (read: lie) off as a "parody" but he said he caught the "essence" of Trump's meaning in his speech to a Congressional panel, to be recorded in history!!
So now are they going to impeach Trump because they've made up an "essence" of high crimes and misdemeanors?
