As others have said bring extra batteries and be sure to have plug adapters for the specific countries.
If you really think that charging your batteries will be a problem, buy the respective battery grips for your cameras and use AA batteries instead. AA batteries can be purchased nearly anywhere in the world.
But as another poster said, these excursions cater to Americans and Europeans. It is likely that you will have no problem recharging your batteries. Photography is the primary activity on these safaris. If they didn’t have a way for the tourists to charge their cameras, they would be out of business very quickly.
Another option is, for about $30 you can get a battery charger that can be plugged into a cigarette lighter. If you don’t have access to generated electricity, you can plug your charger into the jeep or bus.

Camera batteries are lithium ion and should only be charged with the specific charger designed for them. If that charger plugs into the wall you will need an inverter as well as a battery pack. Keep in mind that if your camera battery is 1500 mah (for instance) your battery pack will have to produce at least that much energy for each battery charged.
It is not likely that an inverter will be needed. Most chargers use what is known as a chopper circuit and can operate on voltages as low as 90 VAC and as high as 240 VAC, either 50 or 60 Hz. A quick check of your battery charger will reaffirm what I've stated.
If you are riding in any vehicles there will be an ability to recharge your batteries or your power banks - You could also invest in some solar panels for camping and then donate them instead of lugging them back to the states.
Calling to get information from those running the Safari may give you all the information you need.
I use a NITECORE UNK1 charger which has a USB connector and can be powered by either a wall charger ( USB output) or a battery pack with USB output. You can also use this charger in the car with the proper adapter or the USB plug as found on the newer cars. Battery compatibility Nikon camera batteries EN-EL14/EN-EL14a and EN-EL15.
There is also the NITECORE UNK2 USB Travel Charger specifically designed to recharge 2 Nikon EN-EL15 camera batteries.

I assume you will be in a vehicle during the day. Get a charger that plugs into the cigarette lighter, it works great and only a few bucks! Can find them on Amazon...
Fits in an external battery grip on my 810.
Charging can usually be done in camp at night. Ask your tour operator if they have an inverter to use in the travel vehicle. You can recharge while driving as it plugs into the cigarette lighter/ aux power outlet. Available from Amazon if you want to have your own unit for use on safari or at home.

Works until every photographer charges their batteries and drains the car battery overnight or a fight breaks out as everyone wants to charge while the vehicle is being driven.
