Thank you, Dodie. Dog lovers know that heartache is just a breath away, that joy outlasts pain, and that good memories are undying. This little girl seemed never to get a break but her personality and humor was never a casualty. She knew a thousand jokes and pranks and spilled them on us every day. She still has us laughing through our tears. I will post photos that provide a tribute to her brand of comedy. She had three names; Riley, Riley Elizabeth (when she was good and proper), and Rilene (when she ran with Bonnie and Clyde).

Riley gave us time to prepare. We noticed that she was expanding in her midline and we took her to the vet, yielding the revelation of a tumor. We didn't leave her side. Lots of of kisses, lots of memories, tears and laughs. We have lost three in three years. (Repeat the previous sentence). Thanks for your condolence.
