In my opinion the picture was perfectly exposed and color was right on. I did a new crop and added some birds. I can't think of anything else to do at this point. Will be interesting to see other peoples edits.

I like the original photo. What was lacking, it seems to me, is impact. I cropped and then stylized the photo in PS after I converted it to black and white in LR.

I thought I would try two different times of the day. The first one are just a couple tweaks on the orginal. Brought up some of the shadows, and gave a little more blue to the sky. The second one a took a few liberties.
