Yes, 75% more pixels.
Which, in a 2:3 aspect ratio format, is a 33%
increase in resolution and-or in print size. Total
number of pixels is useless info, unless you are
estimating the cost increase of the sensor itself.
In a 1:1000000000000000 aspect ratio format,
you'd get an almost 75% increase in resolution
from a 75% increase in total number of pixels.
But that has never been a very popular format.
