Dose anyone use PS Elements 2019? I have PSE 11, and it will not recognize my Nikon D750. (Raw Files) Will the Newer 2019 version recognize my camera? Also, do you like the newer version 2019. Thanks, Boone

Can you run a raw updater from adobe
That "raw updater" would the the DNG converter that can be downloaded free from Adobe, use Google to find. It runs in batch so you can convert all files in one run, relatively quickly. Then, open ARC via PSE on the DNGs as if they were your RAW files. Continue on from there as normal. Look at your ARC version currently for PSE-11 and set the DNG compatibility version to that ARC version.

The newest version will work with your RAW files. I’m up to Elements 14, have a D7200, and no need to upgrade. The Maps function for GPS data inside of 14 is no longer available but I don’t use it anyway.
Adobe's has a habit of releasing Elements versions in the fall. If they stick to their schedule, there will be a Photoshop Elements 2020 any day now.

Elements 2019 will recognize your D750 files without a problem. PSE 11 was fine; 13 was better, 19 is what I use now.
I have PSE 2019 and use Pentax cameras. I have no problems opening my RAW files in PSE 2019. Go to Adobe's site and check the description, there should be a list of camera brands that PSE will open the Raw files.
I use 19. While I find it better, it is only a small jump over '18. To those who have later, it can be much better. Most of the new mods is not so much in processing, but more to the artistic features, removing or changing background, special effects etc. I like it a lot.

I have 11, 13, 15, and 19. I haven't used 19 enough to make a comment now, but I think the difference between 11 and 15 is great enough to justify upgrading. Huge improvement in "selection" tools, and it looks like 19 has made another improvement.
