Cool effect. Since the question has already been asked three times, I wont ask, but I am hoping you will answer.
Since some of you have asked...
This shot was taken in near total darkness, ISO 400, f11, 30 second exposure.
A red LED glow stick, waving rapidly, (don't wave it by the string) was used to illuminate my body during the time of exposure.
The LED has a bright light in it's base (see photo) that will cause a sharp red line (see my right foot, above), so keep your finger over that area in order to avoid such lines. In the dark, the camera won't see anything but the LED lens and the areas illuminated by it. So, bending down to "light" your feet and legs won't cause any problems.
You'll be surprised how short 30 seconds can be.
