Would you consider selling the bellows without the lens? I am interested.
Had a small flash on an adapter ring and used it in the OR for years. (It was in the days of film so we cheated and wrote the f#'s on the bellows rail for the exposure because back then no chimp or histogram, just a square bracket with a film boxtop in it) ;)

Interesting story, thanks for sharing it,...
I remember the film days well,..no jpg previews or digital expediting your workflow.
As an aside,....I had to photograph extreme closeups of the business ends of various guidewires used for medical angeoplasty procedures.
I worked for a company that manufactured the wires on specialized high speed lathes,...very interesting seeing how it was done,...a learning experience I enjoyed.
I've attached a few of the images from that shoot.
Maybe others will find them interesting?

Extreme high magnification images of differently engineered machined guidewire tips designs were required,..up to 24X life size,....had to be photographed on 35mm transparency film.
At first I thought,...that magnification?,..you have to be kidding,...They came out great though,..all involved were pleased.
Was the most rewarding and technical precise work I've ever done with a camera using a precision camera rail,...rock solid tripod and patience required to eliminate the slightest camera/lens movement to capture the hair thin guidewire tips rendering them tack sharp.
Man those pictures brought back some memories, except in my case some images were of the wires when things "went south" during the procedure (generally a bend or kink). Those 5 or 6 pictures stayed on the wall in the cath lab until they upgraded/remodeled.
