Ok, so, last weekend we went to an antique auto show near our home. Lots of cars of all ages but there were two that stood out to me. One was a 1931 Cadillac, and the other was a 1921 Ford Speedster. But what I really was interested in, were the hood ornaments. In those days, one could have an ornament and no one would even think of stealing it. Here are the two cars, plus some of the hood ornaments I saw.

I wish hood ornaments would come back in style. I always liked the Pierce Arrow hood ornament...awesome!

With cars like that, wow, I too feel the same way. There were a lot of old cars but these were fantastic.

I agree with you tradio, but I wouldn't give a "plug nickel" for how long a hood orniment would last in todays world.

OHHHH YES! I had two MG's. My first one was a 1953 TDMK II, and my second one was a 1955 TF1500. OH how I wish I had them today!!!!!!!
